Woman 95/115/135/155/175/195/215#

Then:
Max HSPU in 30 seconds
Men 45 & 25# Plates with abmat (negative)
Woman 45# Plates with abmat

Both members will complete the ladder individually with their totals being combined for an overall event total. You will start at the lowest weight and have 30 seconds to complete the lift. A completed lift can either be a full clean or power clean, the only thing we are looking for is that you stand up with control of the bar and that the elbows are in front of the bar. Your judge will signal you to drop the weight when you have shown control of the completed lift. If you are successful with the lift, you will wait until the 30 seconds comes to an end and then you have 10 seconds to transition to the next bar. Once you fail to make the lift in the 30 seconds you will then move on to the Max HSPU portion of the event. This part will be treated in the same manner as the cleans. You will do max reps in the 30 seconds and each rep counts as 4# towards your total. If your last successful clean in the ladder was at 205# and then you get 20 HPSU, your total score will be 285# and that will be added to your partners total. HSPU standards will be the same as Games Standards. We are looking for heels touching the wall at the same time as your arms are locked out.

FB Division
Wod #2 Chipper
12min time cap
60 Push Press 115/75#
50 Box Jumps 30/24”
30 Snatches 135/95#
50 T2B
60 Burpee Pull ups

The workout will start with a barbell loaded with the weight for the push press and each team will have two 10′s set to the side to be used later. On the start of the clock teams will divide the reps amongst each other however they want. Only one teammate can be working at a time. Once all the reps are completed for the movement, the team may then move on to the next movement. After the box jumps the teams will be responsible for adding the plates to get to the proper snatch weight. The workout is over when the last rep is completed. Movement standards for the Push Press will be full lockout of the arms with the weight overhead (not in front of the head). You will be given a no rep if you push jerk the barbell. Standards for the Box Jumps will be Games standards of a full lockout showing control at the top of the box before jumping down. Snatches can be either power or full squat and a press out is ok as long as it does not start below your head. You must show full hip extension at the top of the snatch for it to count as a rep. Toes 2 Bar will also be Games standard of touching both feet simultaneously to the bar and your feet going behind your body at the bottom of the movement. Bar-Facing Burpees will also be Game Standards requiring you to be facing the bar while making contact with the ground then jumping over the bar with two feet at the same time and landing on two feet. Burpee pull up standards will not be equal among all competitors. We will be using a single bar height no matter how tall you are. A rep is going to the ground touching the chest and the thighs at the same time then jumping up into a pull up bringing the chin over the bar. Kipping is allowed for the pull ups.

RX Division
Wod #3  6 Rounds
12min time cap
10 Pull ups
12 Wall Balls 20/14# (10ft target)
15 KettleBell Swings 53/35#
*350 Double Unders*

FB Division
Wod #3 6 Rounds
12min time cap
5 Muscle ups (men)
10 C2B Pull ups (woman)
12 Wall Balls 25/20# (10.5ft/10ft targets)
15 Kettlebell Swings 70/53#
*500 Double Unders*

Each member of the team must complete 3 rounds of the workout individually. Rounds must be alternated between partners. While one teammate is working to complete a round the other teammate is working towards completing the total amount of double unders. A running total will be kept for the double unders when the partners switch. The workout is completed when a team finishes all 6 rounds and completes all the double unders. It does not matter when a teammate finishes the final double under whether it’s after round 4 or after round 6. Once the team finishes double unders that partner may rest if the rounds have not been completed. Movement standards should be pretty much straight forward. Pull ups require a chin to be above the bar not just at the bar with full extension of the arms at the bottom. Chest to bar pull ups with require the clavicle to be above the bar. Wall Balls will be a 10ft target for everyone except firebreather men who will have a 10.5ft target. Movement standard is hip crease below the knee at the bottom and middle of the ball must hit the target on the wall. Kettlebell swings will require fully extended arms overhead with the kettlebell in line with the heels completely vertical (not tilted forward). At the bottom of the swing the kettlebell must pass through the legs and wrists must make contact with the inner thigh. If your wrists do not touch your inner thigh then it is a no rep. Muscle ups will be games standards with a turn out at the bottom and full extension of the elbow at the top. If you fail to make the time cap, each rep not completed will be a second added to the 12 minutes.
